Looking for someone in the spa/salon industry to sublease my spa room from me as I will only be working 3 days a month in my room. Except for the three designated days that I work only once a month, you will have the rest of the days of the week to choose as your designated work days.
Rent is $350 a month with a six month lease.  A great deal whether you work full-time or part-time!
Room is spacious and beautifully decorated and fully furnished with hydraulic bed with bed warmer, sink, steamer/mag lamp, hot towel cabbie, storage, work space, and music. Towels and sheets are available for free with a washer/dryer in the kitchenette. There is also a lovely lobby area with music, tea, water, chocolates, and retail display, for clients.  Ample free parking right in front.  You will have access 24/7 with your own key.  
You will also have access to professional lines such as Rhonda Allison, Jan Marini, and Pevonia. Great location in Scottsdale on the Northwest corner of Scottsdale Road and McDonald Drive across from Hilton Village. Ideal for someone with clientele.
